A relaxed space in which to have a chat about death... bereavement, funerals, afterlife, preparing for death, witnessing death.... Anything and everything related to death and dying. Everyone is welcome and there's always cake.

This time, we will have an hour-long death cafe followed by a grief ceremony. You are welcome to come to both parts or to either.

I'm delighted with the beautiful shamanic community we are building through this circle. We continue to meet in Monday evenings in the wonderful Song House. There are a few spaces for new people to join but booking is essential.

This is a space in which to explore shamanism and participate in a healing community. So far, we've had a mix of people who are new to shamanism, very experienced practitioners, and those in between.

Each session will include journeying with the drum and sharing in circle (as much or as little as you wish). There will also be ceremony, nature connection, working with spirits, and healing.

MEDITATION FOR WORLD PEACE

Join in this guided meditation from your own home, at any time.

At this time, when we are all so aware of the great need for peace in the world, I offer this simple meditation. Peace is everyone's responsibility. If I want to see peace in the world, then I need to be that peace. It starts with me. I may have little control over armies and world leaders but I am fully responsible for my own inner state. Peace is not simply an absence of war. It is an active state. It comes from fully facing into the way things are, and takes courage and awareness. If you would like to try this guided meditation, give yourself about 15 mins, sitting or lying in a comfortable position. You may need to pause here and there until you are ready to move on to the next stage. And let me know how you get on
