At this time, when we are all so aware of the great need for peace in the world, I offer this simple meditation. Peace is everyone's responsibility. If I want to see peace in the world, then I need to be that peace. It starts with me. I may have little control over armies and world leaders but I am fully responsible for my own inner state. Peace is not simply an absence of war. It is an active state. It comes from fully facing into the way things are, and takes courage and awareness. If you would like to try this guided meditation, give yourself about 15 mins, sitting or lying in a comfortable position. You may need to pause here and there until you are ready to move on to the next stage. And let me know how you get on

Welcoming Solstice
Friday 20th June, 2.30-4.30pm, Beltany Stone Circle
At solstice this year, we are called to meet the energy of transformation, with an open heart and a readiness to be a beacon of peace and love in the world. Your beautiful, loving heart is what the world most needs now.
The Solstice energy will be at its height during the night of 20th-21st June. On Friday 20th, we will gather to engage with this powerful energy and support each other in stepping through this portal... stepping through and also stepping up as the beacons of Light we truly are.
2025 is the Year of the Snake - year of transformation. I've been experiencing that transformation intensely, as I know many of you are too. What is helping me with all the change of this year is to consciously lean into it: lean in to transformation, welcome it, even when it feels challenging, especially when it feels challenging, trusting that our metamorphosis is bringing greater freedom and joy; trusting, as we emerge from the chrysalis, that our new wings are carrying us into a more joyful life.
At solstice, that energy of transformation is really ramping up. So let's meet it head on. Let's welcome it. Let's lean in.
So, I invite you to join me on Friday 20th June at Beltany Stone Circle. We will be tuning into the energy of the solstice, grounding, meditating, chanting, sharing, with laughter and presence, as we step through into peace, joy and love.
Everyone is welcome. Come join in simple ceremony and connection in circle. There is no charge for this event but donations are very much appreciated.
