Are you feeling that shift now, as we slide into mid-winter? For me, this is a time that's ripe for slowing down and tending to the inner fire. The energy at solstice is so supportive of that beautiful, deep work of inner alchemy.
At Solstice this year, Cal Burrow and I are offering a space to pause, reflect and connect. Time to come to stillness, to meet yourself where you're at, and to call in the healing you most need at this time.

✨A series of three gatherings including drum journey, ceremony and connection in circle
✨ Each session will focus on connecting deeply to the wisdom of one of the elements: earth, air, fire and water
✨ You don't need to have previous shamanic experience to participate. I'm happy to answer any questions; just give me a call
✨ Participate at the level which is right for you: come with curiosity or come with focused intention. The space will hold you where you are at.
✨ This is heart-centred work, focusing on the wisdom within.
✨ The venue is a beautiful, light-filled room, opening onto a garden, looking out on Muckish mountain

I'm using the treatment room in Tonn Na Beatha, Bunbeg, as a base for seeing clients. I'm offering various shamanic healing sessions and sound healing (using tuning forks, voice, and a variety of instruments). Call or text if you'd like to book for a one-to-one. MEDITATION FOR WORLD PEACE
Join in this guided meditation from your own home, at any time.
At this time, when we are all so aware of the great need for peace in the world, I offer this simple meditation. Peace is everyone's responsibility. If I want to see peace in the world, then I need to be that peace. It starts with me. I may have little control over armies and world leaders but I am fully responsible for my own inner state. Peace is not simply an absence of war. It is an active state. It comes from fully facing into the way things are, and takes courage and awareness. If you would like to try this guided meditation, give yourself about 15 mins, sitting or lying in a comfortable position. You may need to pause here and there until you are ready to move on to the next stage. And let me know how you get on
