✨A series of four gatherings including drum journey, ceremony and connection in circle
✨ Each session will focus on connecting deeply to the wisdom of one of the elements: earth, air, fire and water
✨ It's possible to come to a single session but there's a considerable discount for booking for the series of four
✨ You don't need to have previous shamanic experience to participate. I'm happy to answer any questions; just give me a call

Let's sit together, as humans have done throughout time and across the globe, connecting to the deeper wisdom within.
This is the moment in which to release ourselves from the weights and the wounds, which have been passed down to us through the generations. We have worked so hard to bring light and healing to all within us which is in pain. Still something lingers: that which does not truly belong to us, that which is not ours. The wounds our parents passed to us, wounds they, in turn, received from the generation before. It's time to end the cycle; time to close that book.
In this gathering, we will shine the soft light of love on those inter-generational hurts, call in healing for our whole ancestral line and summon the gifts of the generations which stand behind us, as we step forward into a better world.

MEDITATION FOR WORLD PEACE
Join in this guided meditation from your own home, at any time.
At this time, when we are all so aware of the great need for peace in the world, I offer this simple meditation. Peace is everyone's responsibility. If I want to see peace in the world, then I need to be that peace. It starts with me. I may have little control over armies and world leaders but I am fully responsible for my own inner state. Peace is not simply an absence of war. It is an active state. It comes from fully facing into the way things are, and takes courage and awareness. If you would like to try this guided meditation, give yourself about 15 mins, sitting or lying in a comfortable position. You may need to pause here and there until you are ready to move on to the next stage. And let me know how you get on
